AUTOMATIC TROLLEY FOR AGGLOMERATED SAND DISTRIBUTION "CA 120":
The trolley automatically distribute the agglomerated sand produced by the mixer to the coreshooter installed into the coreshop.
It is equipped with electric motor, discharge system for the agglomerated sand operated by  electric actuator and electric vibrator, safety systems on both directions of travel of the carriage,  supporting arm  for multicore electrical cables, electrical system on board.
The positioning of the trolley on the various workstations (mixers, discharge points, position for maintenance and cleaning) is carried out by sensors (our supply together with the supports) positioned on the main structure of the plant.
The provision also includes the supply of the carriages for multi-core cables with double coating, safety flashing light, steel guides.
