Weighing systems for resins

The dosage of the binders to be introduced into the mixer is entrusted to an automatic weighing system which is not affected by changes in temperature which would normally cause viscosity changes in the products to be dosed.
The system is very simple and reliable and is able to secure, store and then document in digital form the nominal quantities set in the recipe and the real quantities injected  into the mixer, thus also documenting any deviations.
The binders are then introduced into the mixer by pipeline ends with anti-emptying devices.
The weighing systems are loaded by charging pumps equipped with unidirectional pneumatic valves controlled by the general control panel.
The touch panel provided on the control panel allows the operator to interact with the system of recipes management thanks to a simple and intuitive graphics.
