Weighing systems for dry sands and powders

The dosage of the various types of sand and powders to be introduced into the mixer is entrusted to an automatic weighing system that is not affected by changes in temperature and humidity that normally can cause dosage errors with  the traditional systems.
The system is very simple and reliable and is able to secure, store and then document in digital form the nominal quantities set in the recipe and the real quantities injected into the mixer, thus also documenting any deviations.
The quantities of used products are then introduced into the mixer through a full bore discharging valve with a pneumatic control.
The weighing system is based on load cells extremely precise controlled by the general control panel.
The touch panel provided on the control panel allows the operator to interact with the system of recipe management thanks to a simple and intuitive graphics.
