Each tank will be equipped with:
• Two 1.1 Kwatt agitator with marine type propeller , with rotation speed 700 rpm , stainless steel shaft and replaceable propeller blade both replaceable after wear.
• tank with frame in steel shaped sheet (4 mm)with perimetral reinforcements and supports for the agitators constructed so as to allow the removal of the complete agitator comprehensive whole final propeller ,
sleeve 2" and drain plug for emptying or the possible supply of a recirculation pump ( not included).
• Upper edge shaped on the perimeter ( on three sides accessible) to allow the support of the operator during the operation of wetting the cores,
• Internal reinforcement by mash welded ,to prevent the contact hand - propeller,
• reinforcing plate (10 mm) under the agitator (bottom ) dimensions 500 x 500 mm to prevent wear of the tank ( replaceable after wear )
• inside and outside coating green RAL 6011,
• capacity of the tank: 5.000 liters.
