New lines for preparation and distribution of agglomerated sand:

Within december BZV will complete the installation of new lines of production and distribution of agglomerated sand that will replace the old lines obsolete .
The new plants will guarantee the possibility of feeding each machine existing in the department with sand agglomerated obtained according to the recipe selected , the composition of which can be obtained by mixing of three different types of sand , an additive in powder and binders in predetermined quantities .
All recipes can be stored and recalled at anytime.
The inclusion of the new facilities has allowed us also to optimize the pneumatic transport of the various sands reducing the compressed air consumption and the wear of the pipes with undeniable operational benefits .
The management of the department has been greatly simplified and also ensuring the attainment and maintenance of high quality standards , in line with the increasingly demanding requirements of major customers for a long time partner of Pasquinelli Ltd.
