Mobile intensive batch mixer "MER - T - INS":

This high speed batch mixer can provide intensive mixing with different mixtures of ingredients for both quality and quantity.
The use of a special tool equipped with four rotary elements allows to mix evenly even the most difficult products.
The mixer is provided with a lid controlled by limit switches, electrical and pneumatic systems on board.
Technical features:
- Load capacity: 50 - 100 kg of dry sand,
- Pneumatic system opening and closing the exhaust with limit switch control,
- Electrovibrator on the sand agglomerated discharge chute,
- Lid shaped checked by safety switches,

The mixer is equipped with a mobile trolley carrying on sliding rails and equipped with steel wheels, electronically controlled motor and position control by rotary encoder driven by pinion rack of longitudinal fixed scaffold.
The mobile trolley function is to transfer quickly the mixer from the weighing position to the machines to be fed so as to discharge the sand immediately after the end of the mixing cycle and then return very quickly under the loading station to receive the new quantity of products to mix.
The carriage speed is electronically controlled by the main control panel so as to guarantee precise positioning while moving at high speeds thanks to controlled acceleration and deceleration.
