DOSING PUMPS FOR BINDERS :
Each pump is supplied complete with steel base , electric motor, variator and gear reductor, gravitational indicator , elastic coupling and protective cover according to the safety law.


Specifications:
- Electric motor 230-400 volts, 50-60 Hz, 4 -pole
- The drive - gear  with gravitational indicator ,
- Range: 170-400 liters / hour
- Inlet and outlet: 1/ 2 "
The two pumps will be mounted on a specially designed base on which will also place both the pneumatic solenoid valves and the junction box from which depart the electrical connections of the board machine .

Each pump is fitted with a pneumatic valve mounted directly on the dosing pump that has the function to maintain always charged the pipes line , thus ensuring the constancy of the dosage pump .
The valve is controlled by a sensor that confirms the opening of the valve to the control panel or the PC ( where present)
